Digital services

Our products are delivered digitally. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable once access is provisioned.

Trials & subscriptions (if applicable)

• Trials: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Subscriptions: You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

One-time purchases

One-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

Manage your plan in-app (if available) or email billing@strovic.com using the purchase email.

Billing support

For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact billing@strovic.com within 30 days and include your invoice ID.
